Azir has many bugs

Dear lol, ill get straight to the point. Azir E is not good there have been times i casted a soldier an click e multiple times an he doesn't dash to the soldier. that needs to be fix because i haven't read that it require a certain amount of time after casting a sand soldier to use his E. An his ulti should be casted a bit further behind of him, and why does malphite ulti goes through it.
