Yorick Grave Visual Bug

When playing regular Yorick some of the graves would turn red like with the pentakill Yorick skins graves.

The bug appeared consistently throughout the entire game and was visible to my allies. I was support Yorick on red side, and there was a pentakill Yorick on the blue side team in mid. When a grave would passively appear due to my passive and not from my Q's last hit mechanic, the pentakill themed graves would appear for me. even though the enemy teams Yorick was across the map. The graves were mine and I could make ghouls from them.
