Anyone else having bad lag since the new Patch?

I'm getting really bad lag ever since 5.12 came out. I use a Mac so not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I wish they'd fix it so I can play again. Anyone else having lag issues now?

Well the fanboys here will tell you that it's 100% your end and Riot is infallible, but I have noticed a disproportionate amount of people disconnecting recently, not just you.
