Kled Bear Trap Bug on Vladimir Pool

It makes no sense that Kled's bear trap can pull Vladimir even when Vlad is in his W (pool). It physically makes no sense. It is also the ONLY CC in the game to be able to do so, out of all those that may make slightly more sense to be able to actually CC a pond of water. Please fix this bug.
