Honor not leveling?

So I have made a second account because my first one got banned from toxicity. Yikes (though I've reformed and usually I just mute people if any trouble starts) I consistently receive honor most games and commonly 2 or even 3. I've been honor level 2, checkpoint 1, Since level 1 to LEVEL 61???? Yes I understand the new season started but even so I've played probably a hundred games since then with no progression. I don't understand. Unless people report me for practically no reason I just don't see why it hasn't even progressed a little. Can anyone explain this? [sg-lux-2] Its Rigged
