Not seeing any champions in the new champion select client

So I accepted a normal's game (lucky is wasn't ranked) usually it'll show all your champions and spells etc... BUT when I accepted this game, it only showed the lock in button, spells, masteries, chat, timer and a bit more, the screen shots show the rest... Then after that I get a leaver buster
