[Client] Chat buggy, generally messy and very frustrating to use

So, the timestamps are messed up or something, and whenever I talk to someone, after they respond, my messages will just keep showing up above their responses. After they respond to my messages(which appear above their responses), the chat box is basically filled up with their responses to my messages, which are all stacked on top of their text and I have to scroll up to see what I sent.

It's making it really frustrating to carry on a conversation... mostly because I can't understand why the chat isn't just listing the messages in order they were sent and received.

There's also an issue where I will receive the same message multiple times.

Plz fix.

Edit to add another bug that I experienced: So, I just had a bug where I couldn't type Q, q, b, B, E, R, F, f or G at all in chat(basically most characters that would be associated to a keybinding while actually playing the game). I could type those letters anywhere but in the client. Relog fixed the problem, but it's still weird.
