[gameplay]fiddlesticks bugs

first, I have 2 skins of fiddle : bandito and surprise. I found 2 bugs 1: with both skins, sometimes the abitlity is on cd and it dosnt show it in the icon. specially when I ult. 2: vs zyra happened to me twice lately where zyra wouldn't get feared. last game I remember i was surprise fidd and I didn't ult. I used eqw.. She would just run away very far.
