Accept Screen Stuck

I have had several games where I click the Accept button and sit in that same screen while my friends will be in the lobby banning. Most of the time I just miss my ban but this time I get a queue dodge because I never connected... Is this a bug? It's been doing this a lot recently and it's really starting to get annoying. Are any of you experiencing this??
