Game loading problem

I start the game up and log in and everything is fine but then when the client is loading it gets stuck on a black screen and has all this morning and afternoon. I don't know exactly what happened but it was working fine yesterday. If anyone has any idea if its a bug on Riots end or if I should just repair or reinstall that would be great.
