Mastery Bug (client/game?)

So, recently I've played a couple of games and switched around some masteries and clicked save each time. Yet when I'm in game, I have no keystone and (I'm assuming) no masteries whatsoever! I do no damage, I have a hard time clearing the jungle, and those clutch 1v1's always leave me juuuust short of the kill which I would easily have with thunderlords, grasp of the undying, etc.

Now when I'm in the client I am trying to see what's wrong with my masteries and each time I click on a certain mastery it pops up with the linked error message. I don't know what's going on, but I just lost a placement game that very much had to do with that. It is very frustrating. I'm testing out another game to make sure that it isn't some freak thing and that it actually is happening every time for me now. Guess we'll see...
