Promos are bugged

i got in promos for promotion in bronze 1 after that i won 1 game then i lost 1 game and i didnt even playid the third one and i got another lose without even playing but 1 game i left the lobby before i selected a champ that counts as a lose? https://imgur.com/a/iSabMWf
