Disconnected from Chat in the League Client

So I have had a new computer for about a week. League was the first thing I downloaded and I can login perfectly fine, but the reoccurring problem that I've had is that my chat has been trying to reconnect. The message on the side saying, "You've been disconnected from chat, attempting to reconnect." I've checked every solution and I have even changed my mother board (assuming it was the iBuyPower computer causing it.) I own 3 other computers that have League installed and working perfectly fine. For some odd reason it doesn't work on my new computer.
