NO IP Gained

Hi im facing a problem with my account after a server issue i ve noticed that i cant gain ip i played 2 normal blind and i didnt get any IP ... i can see how much i gained in the match history but my total IP doesnt change (freezed at 427IP), i bought a rune that cost me 1IP, and after relogin i found 426 in total, i played another match to check if the issue is gone but i didnt won anything again, it seems that i cant win IP anymore

got the same issue. Last gain was my win of the day in the afternoon since then i played ~6-8 games not IP gain at all.

same in ranked, i really just wanna be able to buy the championship jewels token, but cant, since I'm stuck on 42 IP...

Update: Checking back 14h later, the ip number was adjusted.
