Mouse Glitching out and acting like it doesnt work anymore

I just played 2 ARAM games with my friends and the game loaded fine, everything was alright, but my mouse would suddenly stop moving and wouldn't be able to click. It was acting like the mouse just stopped working, or instead of gliding across the screen, it would stutter its way across. I reached a point where I couldn't close out of the shop using my mouse because I couldn't get my mouse to click the X button, and couldn't click on the mini map in the corner to move because my mouse just wouldn't go there. It would leave me stranded surrounded by the other team, unable to move or target, and was just acting like it was dead. My ping was really low, in the 20's and I wasn't lagging at all. When the first game ended, my mouse is acting fine outside of league, so my roomie uninstalled the USB controller for it and reinstalled it, did a restart on my comp, and then tried a game again, mouse acted fine outside of LoL but in game, it was glitchy as all hell again. Any ideas???
