Getting attacked in fountain causes undo button to not work.

If you have bought something from the store, and get attacked without leaving fountain. The undo button doesn't work and goes black. I experienced this when i was playing in bots and karthus was ulting me when i was buying items, then afterwards i wanted to undo but it did not work.
