Lag and disconnection from the game

I started a blood moon game, and me, my teammates, and enemy team had insane lags, the ping was good everyone pinged that they had around 40 ms, but we kept freezing and couldn't see our abilities etc.., then after 10 mins we disconnected and came back to the client but the game disappeared for some reason, it's not even in the history
