[Client] Game wont load after champion select

After selecting your champions and the match starts, when you normally enter the loading screen for the match my game just sits at a black screen. I have had this happen on every game I try to load into lately (including custom matches) and I cant figure out whats wrong. I am currently running on windows 10, I also have it in windowed mode at the moment, but there is no way to switch out of it unless you are in game.

For some reason it also will not let me take a screenshot of my desktop while this is happening....
