Towers are so bright

If you go over a tower and zoom in all the way and mouse over that tower in the mini-map then you will see the glow that is around the tower look weird. IDK why I was doing this during while waiting on minions to spawn but I was. It is a consistent bug but I must say I have only done this over the tier 2 tower in the middle lane.
