Client Being Very Slow In The Sense Of Internet Lag

So basically my client has the following problems: 1. It takes about 2-3 minutes to log in. Usually when i log in either my friends list says that I'm not online or have no friends, either my home page says there was an error and i have to reload it. 2. When i click "Play" i takes about 3-4 seconds to load up the modes that are available (draft pick the weekly mode etc.) or i doesn't even load. 3. If it loads them up and i select a mode and click "Confirm" it stays at that screen for about 4 -7 minutes usually.. 4. If i eventually get into a lobby it takes roughly 1 minute to send an invite after i press "Invite to game" on a friend on my friends list. 5. If everything goes well and i finally click "Find match" it doesn't register for about 30-40 seconds then starts finding a match. 6. After it finds a match it either shows me too late and the game is already canceled or it puts me into the champion select with 20 seconds remaining and no characters displayed for me to pick. PLEASE HELP
