(GAME) lucian piercing light not casting

Mid-game my [Q] stops functioning and I tried every fix I could (including resetting my computer) the end result was the same

I've tested other champions and their abilities seem to cast perfectly fine, Lucian on the other hand his piercing light did not cast under any conditions

I've tried: Rebinding Completely resetting my options (rip past bindings) Clicking to use (also mildly inefficient) Resetting my computer Practice tool on multiple champions
Different runes If anyone could tell me what happened that would be much appreciated! Thanks
