[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai's biscuits can be unkillable

A Rek'Sai was able to create a portal biscuit that was unkillable by enemies and once the timer was out it didn't go away. He was still able to dip into it and ult to it.

It was unintentional, and we were unable to recreate it. I'm not sure if it was due to him being CC'd of some form during the game.

If it was some sort of synergy in our game it was on our team Morgana, Rek'Sai, Sivir, Shaco, and Cassiopia. On the enemy team it was Xerath, Katarina, Warwick, Fizz, and Fiddlesticks.
