mordekaiser bug

Mordekaiser´s ult is bugged. It has happened a few times already, 2 things mainly:

1. If the champion you ult dies before the second it takes you to complete your ult, the ult will go on cd (full cd).
2. If you ult Shaco´s clone the ult will go on cd (full cd) and you will be solo vs Shaco and his clone without ult receiving free damage from him and his clone for that second and the 1-2 seconds you are mesmerised that nothing happened.
