Kalista Graphic and Ult Bug

Okay, so I was playing an Intermediate bot game as , and I noticed that the on my team's spears were turning blue when thrown (She was using the Blood Moon Skin.) I didn't think much of it and when I pointed it out to her, she said she didn't notice. Earlier today, I was playing an intermediate bot game to get used to 's Passive, and I had someone playing support me. I tried using to soulbound with ,but It didn't work the first 4 times and just kept going on a 8 second cooldown. On the last time however, the visible link between us appeared dark blue as opposed to red (I was playing Blood Moon Kalista.) Also, whenever I tried to use my Ult, became untargetable, but said she wasn't able to click or do anything and instead of thrown out where I was facing, she just appeared right next to me and the animation above my head looked black and didn't go away for around 20 seconds. Now this isn't a super major glitch but it has rendered my ulit useless and has occurred every game I have as played since.
