Frozen played screen

I have had this issue for a while now and nothing seems to fix it. After everyone picks their characters and the screen loads the screen just shows blank character cards and it wont load. The only thing that has worked is when i press the mute buttton alot and it loads my game. But the game freezes unless i press the mute button over and over again. Someone help i just want to play league
