So, I just bought the Heartseeker Jinx skin, I mean, RP was taken but I didn't get the skin. I even have it in my purchase history but not in the collection. I tried restarting the game couple of times but nothing changed.
What should I do?

The same happened to me, i thought i was the only one! I sent a ticket to riot 9 hours ago explaining this and i havent gotten a response yet
EDIT:the shop is back online and i can buy the skin but i didnt get my rp back..? what if we never get it back..?:(

Did anyone get the skin? I sent it as a gift and I'm guessing support for this issue is complicated so it isn't fixed yet for me.
Same me with prestige senna skin but in my case u got not only skin but icon too and icon stayed only skin disapeard
