[CRASH] Unknown Game Freeze

I was playing an Intermediate Bot game to get used to League of Legends again. I was playing Shyvana Jungle. After I killed a monster and became Level 5, I upgraded my W and immediately recalled. It took two minutes before I finally returned to base, and noticed many odd things. First, I was not regenerating HP at all. Secondly, I was not gaining any gold. Thirdly, and probably the worst thing, was I could not attack. I could walk in front of turrets and enemies, and they would act as if I wasn’t there. No abilities could be used, and I couldn’t auto attack. I even tried to change everything to the lowest quality settings, and nothing worked. After 10 minutes, I started teleporting back and forth from my base to monster camps I walked to, then back to base constantly. After about 20 minutes, the game was attempting to reconnect me to the server. I waited 15 minutes, but nothing happened. I left the game, causing League of Legends to freeze. I could not open nor close the game, forcing me to hard start my entire computer. I do not know what caused this, or even if my team finished the game while I was attempting to reconnect.
