PBE ARURF Black Screen After Champ Select in loading screen

On the PBE server about 50% of my games loading into ARURF I can get my champion and such loaded, but as soon as we start loading into game I get no loading screen and will never end up actually in game. I get a error prompt saying "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game." This had never happened before the recent update to PBE which came out 9/5/19. This is very frustrating considering this is what I look forward to when getting home from work. A fix would be fantastic please look into this and update me ASAP! I have a screenshot of the error screen but do not know how to upload it to here as I see no insert file button. Thank you for your time.

Same bug happens to my friend on Live servers: If anyone finds a fix let me know.

Yep, same issue here. Pretty random when it does and doesn't happen.

Like i played 3 games in a row, first worked fine, 2nd i was completly unable to enter the game no matter how/what i rebooted. 3rd game directly after 2nd game it worked without any problems again.

I also just got this error after champ select for ARURF! I tried re-launching the client, went through the connection suggestions riot has, repaired my client, and even restarted my computer. I wasn't able to load in at all. After the game was over I was able to see the post-game lobby, though. Two other players also hadn't connected to the game, from the looks of it.

Have played about 20 aruf games. Of those only two games I think were a 5v5. Every single other, 1, 2, sometimes even more people were afk almost certainly due to this bug. And now I too have also experienced it. Not sure how this bug hasn't been fixed.

This bug also just compounded for those who were in the middle of a game when the servers went down for maintenance earlier today. It has now made it so that some of those who were in-game in ARURF are unable to get the notification that the game has ended meaning the bug CAN'T BE FIXED by the player. Effectively those who had this combo happen are stuck in a infinite loop that they can't close.

I have the same issue and if not me then someone else gets this bug. It almost feels like a mircale if everyone manages to connect.
