[GAMEPLAY] Draven- Holding axes doesn't show animation

There's a bug I notice when playing Draven where the animation shows he's not holding any axes, but the icon near the visual casting cooldowns shows that he does. This gets frustrating at times during laning phase/team fights where I think he isn't holding any axes so I'd press q, but waste cd during that time of trading/fighting where I drop an axe and can't use another axe.

This bug occurs at least once every time I play him in a game.
