[CLIENT] Teemo true damage counter bug

In a game I just played in, the client is reporting that Teemo dealt exactly 100,000 true damage overall, but 0 true damage to champions. This doesn't seem possible because he dealt only a total of 30k magic damage. Under what circumstances would Teemo deal more than triple true damage as magic damage?
