Cho'Gath still silencing Fizz through E

Just played a game as Fizz and every time I would E the enemy Cho would silence me while I was on my pole. I wouldn't take damage but the silence applied and I couldn't use any of my abilities for 5 seconds because that silence is broken af anyway. I know this has been a glitch for months now and it needs to be fixed. Totally ruins Fizz as a champ because his entire combo relies on being able to go into sticky situations and dodge some cc so he doesn't just get blown up.
