[GAMEPLAY] Vi - Ulting Katarina doesn't allow her to follow or cause Damage when she Shunpos.

On Vi, When casting her R on Katarina, Katarina will Shunpo right as Vi approaches the end of her animation. Vi will finish and Katarina will not receive any damage or Hard CC when finished.

1. Cast R on Katarina, rushes unstoppable to CC about to (Shoryuken) Uppercut Katarina.
2. Katarina Shunpos to Champion/Ward/Dagger
3. Vi's Animation will finish, Katarina is out free and no Damage is taken.

Through three whole games, will initiate fights on Katarina and use her R 3 to 4 times when she Shunpos away.
