Bug during Champion Select in Ranked

• Type of Bug: Ranked Champion Select

-** Description**: I chose Zilean and my client kept getting stuck on "retrieving information from server". It went away once and when i chose again, it came up again. Minutes after the time limit, nothing happened (still in it now). I am still on the champ select screen and now it just said something about failure . Some more info, this happened during my promos and i now have 1 loss..

Bug 2- When I log into client, it says connecting to chat but it never does connect. Closed client and logged in again, it works. Happened twice
