So i've downloaded League a few days ago after about 7 months of not playing and ,every game at random moments my ping just kept spiking. It happens randomly but very often at that. The spike doesn't exceed 200 ms but it still really messes me up. And it seems to only be a problem in League cause every other game is working fine. So i came to the Boards to ask for some help.

Using it already, but it looks like flushing my DNS and disabling peer-to-peer Windows downloads fixed it cause it's stable now.

Your system would have been my next guess. Kudos to you for not blaming RIOT like so many do with problems like you.
I always tell people to get off WiFi and make sure your system is updated/maintained on a regular basis.
Too many people think a computer is a console and all you need to do is plug and play.
