Lost Promo game and received ban because of league client

The game didnt start up, but instead just kept bringing me to home page with reconnect button on it. I press reconnect button, it reloades and stuff and im still there. when it finally opened the game its was too late, while on the loading screen for about 5 seconds, its disconects me again, saying have fun playing another game. Ye, i will.
