Please help me!!!! Fps Drop And Screen Freeze

Hello Summoners and Riot Supporters. I have a serious problem. Since patch 1.10 in every game my fps drop down to 01-03 from 58-60. When this happens my screen freezes. I have done everything you have write in the support page about fps drops but it is still not fixed. Please help me and give me a big support. I love this game and i do not want to delete it because of this problem. Thank you for your time. Hope my problem will be fixed soon.
