Loot problems

On my PBE account i have 2 PROJECT: Jackpots and when i click on them, nothing happens, they dont get highlighted, it doesnt give me the option to open them, they are just sitting there as a mortal reminder that i wont get to open them. Can anyone tell me how i can fix this and open my jackpots?
