Client errors all around [CLIENT]

So, there have been a lot of client errors. As you can see in the pictures, it occurs at different times and usually results in the a disconnection. If it occurs in champ select, than I am forced to close and reopen the program. If it occurs as I'm going in to champ select, than it can result in interesting occurrences such as showing the enemy team has banned 4 champions. My internet connection is fine and has not been affected or causing the client errors; it has remained constant through the whole time.
