Twice Today in Champion Select for Ranked I have been not able to choose my champ costing me aSeries

I never post on the boards really, only a couple times in LFG, but Riot has really upset me today. I really am just trying to get better at the game but i earned two losses due to 'disconnection' because i didn't choose my champion and I get banned and waiting time, I was active in the chat i was clicking my champion but nothing, I even offered to choose the Mid's champion for them Why would I Disconnect!

This and a multitude of other mistakes in the past that are LOL client related have cause me to loose games (i.e UI didn't load in, disconnect for random reason, etc...) or other minor things that take away my earned rewards from the game like not receiving Mastery Tokens when you earned your S or S+. I just want a fair shake at an already pretty incredibly 'unfair' game (atmosphere).

I have faced these random hardships like a champ because every game has its bugs, all while giving you guys my hard earned money. So Today was the last straw, **2 TIMES in champion select it wouldn't allow me to choose my champion causing me to "intentionally leave" I was aware and i was clicking but your client was refusing to work, this has cause me my series from Bronze 1 to Silver 5, it means a lot to someone who is not good like myself. **

Today is the only day i have been face with this particular problem but it would be grand if you guys could assist me in solving it, or/and any of my other issues i guess.
