Disconnecting but internet is up

So recently I’ll be playing league and halfway through the game (usually during a team fight and sometimes during a 1v1) my league will just dc. My ping will sit in the thousands but my discord is still up and my phone is still connected, so I reset the client and I get the windows message that my internet is down and to try again. So I click the reconnect button on the client and it won’t load me back into the game. It’s been only happening for the past week and I can’t play the game anymore because of it. If it helps it’s also the same time I installed Quarterback and then deleted all the files for it since it was backing up my laptop.
