Jhin 's 4th auto attack shoots itself even if you dont select a target, this usually happens if you've held it for 1-2 seconds. There's another bug going on for more than half the season, his W's mark sometimes gets bugged and champs are stuck with it for the rest of the game, and no, the root doesn't proc.
