Remake system is broken rn. Does riot even plan to fix this?

Playes several games now where people can't connect fully into the game, but the team wouldn't be allowed to remake. DC player would not even buy an item or walk out of fountain. Also, one game the player actually reconnected 8mins in played through to 20mins and we won, but he was counted as disconnected
