Hi everyone, in this video you can see Fizz that is stunned by Veigar under the tower. The tower hits Fizz 4 times but the fourth shot does not kill Fizz and this allows him to use Zhonya.

I assume that there was just some visual lag...
When walking away from towers hitting you, there's a bit of a reaction time as to when you get hit and take the damage. Fizz walked a bit far so basically he created a larger window of a time gap, allowing him to use zhonyas and not die as a result.
Dummed down, visual happened first, (turret shot hit fizz) and the calculations were slower to kick in I presume?
