[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank's Q + Luden's Echo

As of right now, Gangplank's Q does NOT proc Luden's Echo. This definitely is something more annoying than game-breaking, as AP Gangplank isn't exactly popular. I know that Gangplank' Q is treated as if it were a basic attack, but it is still a spell. I feel that this would be a big help to the people out there who actually play AP gangplank. Now obviously AP Gangplank wouldn't overtake the rift by storm from a simple item interaction change such as this. It'd be neat buff(/fix I'm not even one-hundred percent sure that this is a bug) that would give gangplank another viable and fun way to play.
