Galio Teleport Bug

I was playing on Howling Abyss, purple side, as Galio. I hit my Mark ability on a champion, and as I was teleporting to their location, I somehow ended up back in my base on the northwest corner! I have no idea what happened, and don't have Lolreplay. A screenshot would just be me, sitting in base. Not every helpful.

Some things to note: -Was against a Tristana and Blitz. I think Trist may have ulted me and Blitz pulled me, but it happened so fast I can't be sure. -Happened AS I was traveling to my Mark. I never arrived at my destination. -I was in the middle of the lane one second, and at base the next. -Seemed to pass through the northwest wall as I blinked to the base.

Not sure how helpful this is, but it was so weird and bizarre I had to report it.
