De-Selected Skins in Team Builder

Team builder appears to be having some issues with the skin selection, I have emailed riot about this yet have yet to do anything about it. In team builder regardless if skin is selected or not seems to deselect skins at random, if anyone has this issue please let riot know what Champion AND Skin you were trying to use.
