I cant log in

I am able to log into my account completely fine on the website but i cant log in through the client so i can play. I havent been toxic or anything, my account is in clean standing. I was wondering if my account got banned for some strange reason. Can i get some help please. I changed my passwords everything. My Alt account works. Please help
