Cursor bug

Hi everyone,

Every time I move my cursor to the top, bottom, left, or right edge of the screen it turns into the "windows" cursor. Once I right click on a minion/champion, it reverts back to the in-game cursor.

It does the same to the legacy cursor. I usually play in boarder-less, so I tried seeing if the issues happens for the full screen option as well. The issue doesn't happen while in full screen. However, I'd really like to play in boarder-less mode, because I always have & it's my preference.

This is the only game that it does this, even while playing in boarder-less.

Any ideas for a solution?
