Mordekaiser W Bug 5.18

Mordekaiser was patched in 5.18 that he can use his W on himself. But the Problem is that you dont make the aoe-damage with his w if there is no alloy in 1400 range, cause this wasnt patched after the juggernaughts patch: "Mordekaiser and Target allied champion gain 75 Movement Speed while moving toward one another. When close to one another, both deal magic damage to nearby enemies over 4 seconds." But at the end or if you reactivcate it, it still deals damage and heals you.

So, the bug is, that the damage over time only procs if an alloy is nearby.
