going back to Team builder after profile

I played some team builder recently and sometimes when I go to profile and check teammate's match history, I cant find the "home" button that take me back to team anymore. I thought I got kicked out of team but after waiting for 3min I got into a game with the old team. happened twice one yesterday one today
